Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging, and with all tags attached.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging, and with all tags attached. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Firearms, Bows, Crossbows, Optics that have been mounted on a firearm, Ammunition, Smokeless Powder, Primers, Upper Receivers/Caliber Conversion Kits, Taser/Stun Guns, Pepper Spray, Arrows, Spooled Line, Marine Electronics, Food Products, Gift Cards and Special Orders.

Please note that items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Defective merchandise may be repaired or replaced at our option. The return of defective merchandise may be approved at the discretion of Huntshootfish.com. Once we receive the approved item, we will inspect it and provide you with a replacement, repair or refund.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be designated as "Final Sale" on our website, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged.
